Important Notice: Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of our digital downloads (PDF files, printable activity packs, and digital templates), all sales are final and non-refundable once an order is placed and access is granted.
Why We Have a No Refund Policy
Unlike physical goods that can be returned in original condition, digital downloads cannot be revoked, returned, or deactivated once received. Immediately upon completing checkout, you receive on-screen download links and an automated email containing permanent access to your vector PDF files. Because instant access is granted immediately, all purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide cash refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges.
Technical Assistance & File Support
While all sales are strictly non-refundable, we are committed to making sure you receive complete, working files. If you run into any technical difficulty:
- Download issues: If your download link expires, fails, or you cannot open the PDF, contact our team and we will re-send direct alternate download links to your email address.
- Home printing guidance: We provide guidance on printer dialog settings, paper weights, and scaling options (US Letter & A4) to ensure your prints come out sharp and clean.
- Accidental duplicate purchases: If you accidentally submitted an order twice for the same product, contact us with both order confirmation numbers so we can review and resolve the duplicate transaction.
